A South African wig brand entering a market where most buyers have already been burned once. We built a flagship store that finds each woman the right wig before she spends a Rand, answers the exact thing that went wrong last time, and turns first orders into a loyalty habit.
Almost every woman shopping for a wig has a story about one that shed, a lace that showed, or a delivery that never came. A pretty catalogue does nothing about that. Aurora Elena needed a store that asks what went wrong before, recommends the right wig for her face, skin and week, and proves the brand will be different.
A founder with a clear vision, a trusted supplier and a social following, but no store, no way to capture interest before launch and no system to follow up with the women who showed it.
A flagship store with two AI matching tools, a quiz that captures every shopper as a lead, a pre-launch waitlist that flips to a live shop with one setting, and an admin console to follow up on WhatsApp.
The quiz, Look Match and the lace shade matcher, each one built to recommend the right wig and capture the shopper as a lead along the way.
Checkout, order tracking, the Aurora Society loyalty programme and a console that turns every lead into a WhatsApp conversation.
Most shoppers do not know whether they want a 20 inch body wave or a layered cut. So the store asks about her life instead, and does the matching itself.
The design takes its cues from premium beauty brands: generous imagery, confident type and a soft lilac palette. Before launch the homepage runs in waitlist mode with a launch date and a founding-member code, and switching it to a live shop is a single setting.
Twelve questions cover her week, where the wig will be seen, how many she has owned, her budget and her skin tone. If she has been let down before, she picks what went wrong, and her result page answers each of those worries directly alongside the wig chosen for her.
Look Match reads a photo from Instagram or Pinterest, describes the length, texture, colour, parting and fullness honestly, and shows the closest wigs in the catalogue. The lace matcher works from six skin tones or a selfie to recommend a lace that disappears on her.
Once she buys, the store keeps her informed about her order and gives her a reason to come back.
Product pages show every length and colour with prices in Rand. Checkout captures her delivery details by province, applies discount codes, and reserves the order while secure payment details go to her email and WhatsApp.
Entering an order number and email shows a live timeline and an estimated arrival date. If she still has a question, one button opens WhatsApp with her order number already typed in.
Every customer joins free and moves through three tiers, Dawn, Golden Hour and Aurora. She earns a point for every R10 spent, and 300 points take R150 off her next order, with birthday codes and early access to new colours along the way.
The founder sees orders, leads, the waitlist, reviews, loyalty members and support requests in one console. Each lead shows her quiz answers and the wig she was matched with, plus a WhatsApp button that opens a personal message with that wig already mentioned.
The waitlist and the quiz collect interest before the first sale, so launch day starts with warm leads instead of an empty shop.
Aurora Elena did not need another catalogue. It needed a store that listens, recommends and follows up, so every visitor leaves either with the right wig or as a lead worth a WhatsApp message. That is the same Growth thinking we would bring to your store.
